SDid more double tracking and added some expanders to the guitar track. Worked out a trumpet part and laid it down.

Today added some more guitar and added expander, compressors, limiters and noise gates to the rythem guitarr..

Today spent a lot of time double tracking parts and and expanders to various small parts and compressors to really tighten the sounds and bring them up a bit into the mix and just make them sound more full really. On the symbol sounds I used a small amount of the space designer echo combined with the silververb echo to create a better overall echo which echoed tightly with the sound whilst playing and then a long echo after the sound finished.

Played in more of the brass parts and organised any repeats of it.

17th January 2011 - Composition

Added another structural section that involves the drums double tracked playing different parts and the panning swapping from each side to the other after 4 bars. This will be a bridge section. Fixed the EQ levels on the drums, there was too much bass. Added a Big Bass EQ system on to the bassses to make them sound a bit more rounded. (Increased the low range frequencies by around 20Hz.
Also quantised the piano.

Edited section of drum line where i missed a bar. Did some more of the bass line up to where i did the drum track up to.
And started trying to adjust the sound of the brass section to get it sounding more realistic.
